Position Overview

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who is passionate about building modern, user-centric, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in both front-end and back-end development, be comfortable working in agile environments, and thrive on solving complex technical challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js, Django, etc.)

• Translate UI/UX designs into functional and responsive interfaces

• Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with front-end components

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend engineers, and product managers to ship high-quality features

• Optimize application performance and scalability

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with proper documentation

• Troubleshoot, debug, and continuously improve the platform based on user feedback and testing

• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development

• Proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js

• Solid backend experience using Node.js, Express, Django, or Flask

• Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or MySQL

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and version control workflows

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes

• Understanding of basic DevOps and deployment pipelines

• Experience in building SaaS or enterprise-grade applications
