Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and forward-thinking AI Engineer to join our product development team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and implementing machine learning models, deploying AI solutions, and working cross-functionally to integrate intelligence into real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for a variety of use cases including NLP, computer vision, and predictive analytics

• Collaborate with software engineers and data teams to integrate AI capabilities into products and services

• Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model tuning

• Evaluate model performance using A/B testing, cross-validation, and production monitoring

• Stay current on industry trends and research to recommend new technologies and techniques

• Develop scalable APIs or microservices to expose AI functionalities

• Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to align solutions with business goals

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment

• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn

• Experience with data pipelines, model deployment, and MLOps tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker)

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) for model hosting and scalability

• Solid understanding of statistics, algorithms, and deep learning techniques

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) or computer vision

• Familiarity with LLMs or foundational AI models

• Experience in building AI solutions for enterprise-scale applications
